Ultrasound could help diagnose prostate cancer

In 2010 around 200 thousand people were diagnosed with prostate cancer and approximately 32 thousand died from it. Before the only way to diagnose prostate cancer was to go through a biopsy. Recently researchers at Eindhoven University of Technology in Netherlands are trying to develop a technique that uses ultrasound to effectively target tumors.
