How to fight discontent in the workplace

This article discusses how work loads have increased for employees with so many people out of work. Employees believe their managers are not capable of making the best decisions for their companies.

“Even though employees may have a job while so many people are out of work, all the same they’re disgruntled,” said George Herrmann, executive VP of Right Management. “They’re weary of heavy workloads, cost cutting, scant opportunity for advancement and skimpy if any raises or bonuses.”
