He mentions it is important to effectively communicate especially since most workplaces have people who are of different backgrounds and cultures and people who have different views and who share different thoughts.

He mentions seven tips on how to improve communication in the workplace, these ways are: staying focused, listening carefully, seeing other point of view, not responding to criticism, taking ownership, looking for compromise, and not giving up on a good idea.
