College students give up Facebook for week, reduce stress

The article discusses how students at a university didn't use social media sites like Facebook for a week. The result was that 25% of students found they were able to concentrate better in class and 23% found lectures more interesting. Students also felt less stressed and were able to use their time more wisely by doing their homework instead of going on Facebook. Overall the result suggested that students were more productive and healthier when not using social media sites.
