Bad Customers

This article explains what not to do as a customer, acting out of emotion or you won't help anyone. This article in a nutshell states:
1.) Contact businesses by email has its easily transportable and copies can be sent to higher ups easily
2.) Be to the point with your writing and don't take anything personally
3.) Don't ask for to much or for to little then get angry about it later.
